What should i do for my birthday party?

Okay so im turning 13. this is only like my 2nd bday party so i want it to be good. and since im becoming a teenager and everything..
i want to go somewhere, not have a party at my house. i live in wisconsin if that helps.
hmm what else do you need to know? well im obviously a girl. and i hopefully want to invite guys. so any ideas?
