He trying to say this election isn’t about party, but is using the Republican party to run. It’s like playing for a baseball team and saying it’s not about the team winning the world series, it’s about me getting the most home runs.

McCain is a user and abuser from his core.

He’s trying to distance himself from the disaster of Bush.

He’s faking it when he says it’s not about party.

I am having a birthday party and 25 people are coming to my one-bedroom apartment. I am sure everyone will fit decently. I am wondering what to buy for the party– as in quantity and whatnot. I am planning on having jungle juice, a few cases of beer, and jello shots. Everyone who is drinking is sleeping over for safety reasons, so there will be people in my house for a good 12 hours.

What should I buy and how much of it? I am open to suggestions about food, liquor, and anything else.

Thanks.

I want to take a bottle of wine for a dinner party gift. Which one is good? I am looking for something that’s cheap and a reasonable quality. It’s basically for a friend’s dad. It’s just a very informal party, a get-together rather.

Also when I present the bottle to the host, is it considered ok to give it with the paper wrap or it doesn’t matter?

Hi! I have this party coming up in a day and i have a friend’s apartment as the venue. The issue with the whole plan is that his grandparents live upstairs and it isn’t cool if they get to know that people downstairs are listening to loud music.

I’ve read a lot of soundproofing techniques online but most of them involve either recreating your wall or buying soundproofing equipment. I don’t have the money nor the time for the latter and need some simple remedies to the problem. I was thinking of using thermacol to may be block the gaps between the doors and the floor. Any suggestions are welcome.

P.S. The speakers are right next to the apartments door. (Very Urgent, the party is tomorrow!)

At republican rallies, McCain was booed…So if the republican party didn’t find him to be a worthy candidate why should I?
